Using ADK
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login private.
What ADK is
ADK Everyday is a personal assistant that helps you plan everyday life. It produces suggestions using AI, your own saved information, and live data such as weather and places.
AI suggestions are not advice
Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. ADK is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, legal, financial or travel advice. You are responsible for checking anything that matters — in particular:
- Allergies, dietary restrictions and anything affecting health or safety.
- Prices, availability, opening hours and booking details, which change constantly.
- Travel documents, timings and costs.
Information you enter about other people
You may add details about family, friends and pets so ADK can help you plan for them. Only add information you are comfortable storing, and keep it to what the product needs.
Reminders and notifications
Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed to be delivered on time or at all. Do not rely on them for anything critical such as medication or legal deadlines.
Connected services
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and read-only. Your use of Google and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ADK for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Do not attempt to access other accounts or the underlying systems.
- Do not resell, scrape or automate the service without permission.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You grant ADK permission to process it in order to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. Features may change or be removed, and access may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, ADK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your login and personal data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
