Who this covers

This policy describes how ADK Everyday ("ADK") handles personal information for people who create an account and use the product.

What we store

We store only what you give us or what the product creates on your behalf:

• Account and profile information — your email address, name, time zone and optional photo link.
• Your life profile — the preferences, notes and details you choose to enter or confirm.
• People and household — names, relationships, birthdays, sizes, interests and notes you add about family, friends and pets, plus any photo you choose to upload for a person. Photos are stored privately and are only ever shown back to your own account.
• Memory and learned context — facts you explicitly ask ADK to remember, corrections you make, outcomes you report, temporary notes with an expiry, and repeated patterns inferred from your own choices inside the product.
• Allergies and other safety information — stored as hard constraints, never inferred from behaviour and never removed automatically.
• Plans and history — meals, grocery lists, gifts, trips, hosting events, date plans, outfits, wardrobe items, shopping needs, spaces, tasks and wishlist entries you create.
• Reminders and notifications — items you asked to be reminded about, delivery logs, and device tokens if you turn on phone notifications.
• Product usage — basic events about which features you use, so we can tell what is working.

AI processing

ADK uses AI models to turn what you tell it into plans and suggestions. To do that, relevant parts of your profile, people, household, memory and recent plans are sent to the model provider for that request. AI output can be wrong; it is a suggestion, not professional advice. Always check anything that affects health, safety, money or travel. There is more detail on About ADK's AI.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is entirely optional, and ADK never requires it. When connected, access is read-only: ADK can read your calendars and events, and cannot create, change, delete, move or respond to anything. Calendar entries are read live for the window a question needs; they are not copied into ADK, not saved as memories, not turned into tasks, and cannot create a notification on their own. You choose per calendar whether ADK may see event details, busy times only, or nothing. Disconnecting stops all reading and deletes the stored connection credential.

Location, weather and places

ADK uses the city or region in your profile — not continuous device tracking — to look up current weather and real nearby places when a request actually depends on them. Those lookups go to weather and mapping providers.

Product discovery

When you ask ADK to find something to buy, it searches the web and returns real listings with links. ADK does not run a store, does not process payments, and does not operate an affiliate program.

Notifications

Phone notifications are off until you turn them on and grant permission in your browser. Only reminders you explicitly set can interrupt you. Things ADK merely notices, calendar events and learned patterns never generate a notification by themselves.

Selling and advertising

ADK does not sell your personal information and does not use it for advertising.

Service providers

ADK relies on third parties to run: a cloud database and authentication provider, AI model providers, a push notification provider, a weather provider, a mapping/places provider, and Google when you connect a calendar. They process data on our behalf to deliver the features described above.

Security

Data is stored per-account with row-level access rules, so one account cannot read another's rows. The Google Calendar connection credential is encrypted before it is stored and is never sent to the browser.

Deleting your data

You can review, edit and delete individual memories in Settings → Memory. You can delete your entire account from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your login and all personal data listed above, including any stored calendar connection credential.
